Momenta Real Estate Brokers was created in the Spring of 2008 to represent retail developers, landlords and investors to serve their projects and their interests, to serve their tenants, and ultimately to serve the families in the communities those tenants seek to serve.

By listening to our clients, we identified a gap and a niche in leasing smaller, unanchored centers that far too often are under served by practitioners with larger projects to tend to.

We've heard the concerns of our developer clients and have built a system that offers service and accountability over and above what an average agent might offer.

  • Research and Marketing
    • whether through intense void analyses and demographic studies, or through personal involvement in communities, Momenta Brokers does the work necessary to develop a selling strategy, a unique selling proposition, for each project. We take that knowledge and design and produce on-point marketing and support materials: from brochures and aerials, to the Web, email, print, advertising, direct mail and PR. It's all about our aim to position projects for the users who desire them.
  • Proactive Activity
    • our approach to moving our client's product type is definitely grass roots. We are committed to canvassing local businesses daily and have seen that type of personal contact yield more deals than any other form of marketing. Additionally, Momenta is involved in proactive phoning, emailing, one-on-one meetings, seminars, and traditional networking. The sum of these efforts is a minimum of 30 conversations about our clients' project per day. That's a minimum of 600 personal conversations the first month, and every month thereafter. And all that comes on top of the various passive marketing campaigns we are constantly engaged in.
  • Real-Time Reporting
    • we have heard our developer clients' concerns and responded by creating an e-reporting system that truly keeps our clients updated. More than any other comment, we've heard over and over "our leasing guys just aren't doing anything." Of course, we know that's not the case. We also know how much our clients appreciate the effort we make to assure that they are actively aware of all our activity.
